Bio-One, based in Shokan, New York, does everything we can do to ensure you are impacted as little as possible.  Due to our position in the industry and our ability to work with all insurance companies, almost every scene that we recover is paid for by the insured’s policy. If you prefer, we can initiate the claim and take it from there.  We will make the process as easy as possible for you.

Calculating the cost of a job involves several factors. The major factors include the number of technicians needed, how long the job takes, and how much contaminated material must be disposed of.  Because we offer excellent services, reasonable costs, and if there is insurance, do not require payment at the time of service, families, businesses, and governmental agencies call on us to disinfect and remove BioHazard situations.

Our first priority is to making the area safe again, and erasing, as much as possible, the signs of the events that occurred. Our clients have other important things to worry about, so we try to minimize the impact on their daily lives. We’ve heard about other companies charging outrageous prices, and we will not stand for this.  Beware of companies who quote low prices without seeing the exact field conditions!  We are here to help you in a difficult time – not take advantage of circumstances that are beyond your control.

 

What If You Can’t Pay?

In most cases, a cleaning, disinfection or biohazard contractor is covered by home, renter, auto, or commercial insurance policies. In some cases, when there is no insurance, we may help out with a payment plan. We are open to working with you in a professional, compassionate manner to ensure the job is done properly, at a fair price.  Additionally, there are programs available to help you pay for services. We’ll help determine if you qualify for assistance and get our services covered. Finally, we are working on a program that can help cover some of the uninsured or non-qualified costs associated with the cleanup.
